Cancellation by Skybright Holidays

• More than 30 Days Prior to Departure: You may cancel your booking and receive a full refund, minus a 10% processing fee of the total booking amount. This fee covers administrative costs.
• 15-30 Days Prior to Departure: A 50% refund of the total booking amount will be issued. The remaining amount will be retained to cover partial costs.
• 7-14 Days Prior to Departure: A 25% refund of the total booking amount will be provided. This charge helps cover non-recoverable costs.
• Less than 7 Days Prior to Departure: Unfortunately, no refund will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of departure, as most expenses have already been incurred.

If Skybright Holidays must cancel your trip due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid or the option to reschedule the trip without any additional charges. We will strive to notify you as soon as possible and offer alternative options.

Processing of Refunds

No Refunds for Unused Services

• Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days from the date of cancellation. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original mode of payment used at the time of booking.
• Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refunds will not be issued for any unused portions of the trip or any services voluntarily missed during the tour. This includes accommodations, meals, and activities.

Exceptions & Special Cases

Non-Refundable Services

Force Majeure

• Some services, such as flight tickets, train tickets, and special permits, may be non-refundable as per the policies of the service providers. In such cases, the respective provider’s cancellation policy will apply.
• For group bookings or promotional offers, specific cancellation terms may apply, which will be communicated at the time of booking.

In the event of natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other force majeure events beyond our control, Skybright Holidays reserves the right to modify or waive certain cancellation charges. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule your trip or offer a partial refund based on the situation.

Changes to Bookings

Modifications and Rescheduling:

  • Requests for changes to confirmed bookings, including modifications to travel dates, accommodations, or itinerary, are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. All change requests must be submitted in writing via email to our customer service team.
  • We will do our best to accommodate your requests, but certain changes may not be possible close to the departure date.
