Day 1Arrival in Srinagar

Day 1: Arrival in Srinagar

  • Srinagar: On arrival at Srinagar Airport (on your own), you will be met by a company representative or driver.
  • Transfer to your deluxe houseboat for check-in.
  • In the evening, enjoy a relaxing Shikara ride on Dal Lake.
  • Dinner and overnight stay will be on board the houseboat.

Day 2Srinagar to Pahalgam

Day 2: Srinagar to Pahalgam

  • Meals: Breakfast and Dinner
  • Route: Srinagar – Pahalgam (110 kms / 2½ hours)
  • Details: After breakfast, check out from Srinagar and drive to Pahalgam.
  • En-route, visit the Awantipura Ruins.
  • Upon arrival in Pahalgam, check into your hotel.
  • The evening is free for leisure activities.
  • Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel in Pahalgam.

Day 3Pahalgam to Gulmarg

Day 3: Pahalgam to Gulmarg

  • Meals: Breakfast and Dinner
  • Route: Pahalgam – Gulmarg (150 kms / 4½ hours)
  • Details: After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed to Gulmarg.
  • On arrival, check into your hotel.
  • Note that no outside vehicles are allowed in Gulmarg; you will need to use local taxis or ponies for sightseeing, which should be arranged on a direct payment basis.
  • The evening is free for leisure activities. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel in Gulmarg.

 

  • Note:
    • For local movement, you must hire a pony or local vehicle on a direct payment basis as outside vehicles are restricted.
    • You may request Gulmarg Gondola tickets, which are subject to availability at the time of booking, or book them directly.

Day 4Gulmarg to Srinagar

Day 4: Gulmarg to Srinagar

  • Meals: Breakfast and Dinner
  • Route: Gulmarg – Srinagar (90 kms / 2½ hours one way)
  • Details: After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive back to Srinagar.
  • Upon arrival, check into your hotel.
  • Enjoy local sightseeing in Srinagar, including the famous Mughal Gardens.
  • The evening is free for shopping.
  • Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel in Srinagar.

Day 5Departure from Srinagar

  • Snow Vehicle Costs: The cost of snow vehicles (Jeeps) from Tangmarg to Gulmarg or during Sonmarg excursions, when the road is closed for regular vehicles, is not included in the package.

  • Mandatory Photo ID: It is mandatory to carry a photo ID card while on tour. Please note that some hotels do not accept PAN cards as valid photo ID documents.

  • No Refund for Unutilized Services: There will be no refund for the non-utilization of any rides or services included in the package.

  • Outdoor Activities: All outdoor activities are subject to weather conditions and the discretion of the resort/hotel/service provider.

  • Extra Bed Policy: Each hotel/resort allows only one extra bed per room.

  • Vehicle Capacity: Maximum passengers allowed per vehicle are:

    • 6 for Tavera/Innova

    • 11 for Tata Winger/Tempo Traveler (This includes adults, children, and infants.) If the total number of guests exceeds the limit, please check with us for the appropriate vehicle type and revised package price.

  • Vehicle Allocation:

    • 1 double room: Tavera or similar

    • 2 double rooms: Innova or similar

    • 3 double rooms: Tata Winger/Tempo Traveler For a single guest traveling alone, a Tavera or similar vehicle will be provided.

  • Itinerary Flow and Hotel Changes: The flow of the itinerary and hotel allocation is subject to change depending on availability. If the mentioned hotels are not available, alternate hotels will be provided.

  • Vehicle Use at Specific Destinations: The vehicle will not be at disposal in Gulmarg and Pahalgam. If your package includes an overnight stay in these destinations, the vehicle will drop you at your hotel and be available only for the next transfer to the following destination.

  • Check-in/Check-out Policy: Early check-in/late check-out requests are subject to availability and the sole discretion of the resort/hotel.

  • Travel Time: The travel time mentioned is the average time taken to travel between each destination. It may vary based on traffic and road conditions.
