Booking Confirmation:
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
The remaining balance must be paid 15 days before the tour departure date. If the balance is not paid on time, the booking may be subject to cancellation.
Cancellation Policy:
30 days or more before the tour start date: 20% of the tour cost will be charged.
15 to 29 days before the tour start date: 50% of the tour cost will be charged.
Less than 15 days before the tour start date: 100% of the tour cost will be charged, and no refund will be provided.
In case of force majeure (such as natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest), cancellation policies may vary.
Amendments:
Any changes or amendments to the booking must be made in writing and are subject to availability.
Amendment fees may apply depending on the nature of the changes, and any additional costs will be the responsibility of the traveler.
Refunds:
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 working days from the date of cancellation.
No refunds will be given for any unused services or activities during the tour, including missed meals, transfers, or sightseeing tours.
Health and Safety:
Travelers are responsible for ensuring that they are physically fit and able to participate in the activities of the tour.
Any medical conditions or dietary restrictions must be communicated to Skybright Tours & Travels at the time of booking.
The company is not responsible for any health issues or medical emergencies that arise during the tour. Emergency medical services will be at the traveler’s own expense.
Travel Documents:
It is the responsibility of each traveler to carry valid travel documents, including identification, visas, and health certificates, if required. The company will not be responsible for any traveler being denied boarding or entry due to improper documentation.
Accommodation:
The standard check-in time for hotels is usually after 2:00 PM, and the check-out time is before 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may incur additional charges.
Specific room requests (such as non-smoking rooms, adjoining rooms, etc.) are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Itinerary Changes:
Skybright Holidays reserves the right to modify the itinerary if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, road closures, etc.). We will make every effort to provide suitable alternatives.
In the event of any significant changes, the company will inform travelers as soon as possible.
Force Majeure:
Skybright Holidays shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is as a result of Acts of Nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane, or other natural disasters), war, invasion, acts of foreign enemies, hostilities (regardless of whether war is declared), civil war, rebellion, revolution, or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond the company’s control.
