Arrive at Ahmedabad Railway Station or Airport for your return journey, marking the end of your spiritual and scenic Saurashtra tour.
A booking will be confirmed upon receiving a deposit of 50% of the total tour package cost.
The remaining balance must be paid 15 days prior to the tour departure date.
Bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
The initial deposit must be paid within 7 days of the booking request.
The full payment must be cleared before the tour commences.
Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or any other accepted payment methods.
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the departure date will result in a full refund, minus a processing fee.
Cancellations made between 15-30 days before departure will incur a 50% cancellation charge.
Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure will result in a 100% cancellation fee (no refund).
In case of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political instability, or other events beyond our control, Skybright Holidays reserves the right to cancel the tour.
In the event of cancellation by the company, a full refund will be provided, or an alternative tour date will be offered.
Skybright Holidays reserves the right to alter or adjust the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions, roadblocks, or any other events that may affect the travel experience.
Any changes made to the itinerary will be communicated to the travelers as soon as possible.
The standard check-in and check-out times for hotels will apply unless otherwise stated.
Any early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Travelers are responsible for carrying a valid government-issued ID during the tour.
It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure that they meet all health and safety requirements, including necessary vaccinations or health certificates if required.
