    • Children aged 5 years and above will be charged full package rates. Children below 5 years will travel free of cost but without a separate seat or bed.

    • Any special requests, such as dietary restrictions or room preferences, must be communicated at the time of booking. While we will do our best to accommodate, these requests cannot be guaranteed.
  • Travel Insurance:

    • In case of a no-show, 100% of the package cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
  • Refund Processing:
    • Refunds will be processed within 15-20 working days after cancellation, subject to deductions as per the cancellation policy.
  • Force Majeure:
    • No refunds or compensation will be provided for any unused services due to natural disasters, strikes, government regulations, or any other events beyond the control of the tour operator.
